Monday 1pm-3pm Creation at MILK

Bring an object that is important to you and share it’s story with others. These workshops are a chance to explore our connection to our possessions and look at the meanings we put on things; reflect on the past and consider the future.

Soup, Tea and Coffee Provided.

Tuesday 5pm-6:30pm English Language Cafe

Free ESOL conversation classes. It is 10 week block. Drop in to register. Tea and Coffee Provided.

Tuesday 6:30pm-8pm Women’s Art Group

Nina is running the group for the next few weeks, we’ve got decoupage, jewelry making and wool painting amongst other activities.

Free.  All materials provided, kids with adults welcome.

Wednesday 25th and 1st.  7pm-8pm   An Introduction to Meditation

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Thursday 6pm -7pm Yakety Yak Language Cafe

French and Spanish conversational practice session with native speakers. This group is suitable for people are around the intermediate level in their chosen language. It’s pay what you feel and a donation for teas and coffees. Call or text 07745846326 with any questions or for more details.

Big Mad Andy’s Open Mic 8pm – 11pm

This is MILK’s monthly music night (the last Friday of the month) with a lot of local talent popping in to play us a song or two. It’s free but BYOB with a small corkage charge. Arrive sharp if you want to get a good seat!
